Chargeback Policy

By purchasing from Fortunato Style, LLC, you agree to this Chargeback Policy.

Chargebacks

Customers must contact us first at sales@fortunatostyle.store before filing a chargeback. Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions.

Invalid Chargebacks

Chargebacks will not be accepted for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or changed mind

  • Failure to review product details or sizing

  • Shipping delays caused by carriers

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout

  • Refused deliveries

  • Orders marked Delivered by the carrier

  • Failure to follow our Return Policy

Orders confirmed as Delivered are considered fulfilled.

Fraud Prevention

We retain proof of delivery, tracking data, IP address, billing/shipping verification, and payment authorization. This information is submitted to banks for dispute resolution.

Returns & Refunds

Refunds are not offered. Exchanges only if we have sent you an incorrect size on our behalf.

Excessive Disputes

We reserve the right to block future purchases, cancel orders, and dispute all fraudulent chargebacks.

International Orders

Customs delays, duties, and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility and are not valid reasons for chargebacks.
